Jeff Johnson has just released a new WordPress plug-in for Seo purposes. It’s a free plug-in that helps you to get more blog traffic. I’ve used the old version on a couple of my blogs and I am getting some good results with them. So definitely upgrade to the new one, and I think it’s worth it especially if you have many many niche blogs where you are and really putting a lot of work and sweat into each individual block that you own.

Perry Marshall recently wrote a great blog post about finding your voice.

Once you find your voice, the right kind of people will automatically be attracted to you. Because you communicate on the same wavelength, and it resonates with them.

You will attract more business from people you actually like to deal with.

The best way to find your own voice in writing is… to write! Write regularly. Write often. Write daily. Even if you don’t feel like writing, write anyway. Make it a habit. Make it second nature. Over time your own voice will develop, it will become more clear, more distinguished… and more “you”.

A blog is a great way to discover your own voice, because it reinforces the daily writing habit. It’s also great because over time you can go back to your old posts and see how your writing evolved. And not just you: your blog readers as well. And that can be a really inspiring example.

Also, check out the format of that post – and see the number of comments. Yes, it IS great content, and what makes it even greater is how easy it is to “digest”. If you use this format (Intro – List item 1 – Examples – Description – Pros – Cons – Tip – List Item 2 – etc.) you have very high chances ofwriting popular blog posts that people will love to read and write about.

Shoemoney recently did a 90 minute Q&A video thing that teaches people how to make money blogging. As usual with these kinds of things, there’s a good amount of fluff, but also some great content. If you can spare the time, check it out and have it play in the background while you do other “brainless stuff” (like twittering).
