It does take a lot of work, but you can outsource it.

(If you don’t like to outsource stuff because you don’t “have enough money”, you either need to change your mindset, or your system. If you don’t outsource because you think you don’t have enough, then you really need to get into a bit more of an entrepreneur mindset. It’s all about creating wealth. If you don’t have enough money to outsource because it’s not profitable enough, then it means you need to have a better system to make money so that it is no problem to pay people $10 per hour).

Unfortunately, it does not get comments from all the web, but only from registered users it seems, however, you can still get lots of results that way. For example, I search for comments on “Internet marketing”. See the results page below:

This is a great way to enter conversations that are going on and put yourself in places where stuff is happening!

Another nice feature is that you can set up alerts that will notify you when comments on your keyword phrase are being made.Plus, if you use a feedreader like the Google Reader, then you can subscribe to the RSS feed for that search term. For example this RSS feed for comments that include the term “Internet marketing”.
